SJUA Members

New recruit/cadet training begins on Tuesday, Feb. 5th 7 p.m. at RVRHS in room C219 and will continue for 4 consecutive Tuesdays leading into the first membership meeting on March 4th.

One of the most valuable recruiting sources is you, current SJUA members. Accordingly, in the new by laws we have placed a reward system for those members who bring in a new recruit. It rewards you for bringing in members who are in good standing, works games and returns the following year.

The following example should detail how it works:
You bring a recruit in for this year; he attends all cadet training including scrimmages and required meetings; pays all dues and assessments in full and works a minimum of 50 games between March and November of this year.

In 2009, he (cadet) returns and pays his SJUA dues. At that time, your 2009 SJUA dues are waived and considered paid in full. This credit applies only to your SJUA dues and not NJSIAA dues or assessments and is a one-time credit; in 2010, you would have to pay your dues unless of course you brought in a qualifying recruit in 2009.

If you have a recruit in mind, please have him call Gary Schmitt @ 609 864-4238.

Regards,

Executive Board
